My mom was the Easter basket queen when we were growing up. Everything was well thought out and the presentation was always adorable. Now that I have a daughter, I am so excited to continue the tradition! Too busy to roam the aisles of Target? That's why I'm here! I've done the shopping and I found the cute items to add to your cart! The best part? You can get everything done right now. Click, click, complete!
Let's go shopping!
Let's start with my daughter's Easter basket. She's almost 1.5 and we added in some fun things that she'll love and some practical (but still super cute) things that we needed for her. Start with an "anchor" for your box and you can build around that. We started with her cuddle+kind doll, Charlotte. We have the 20" version and for every cuddle+kind doll sold, they give 10 meals to children in need. We added in an Easter board book, pastel confetti, bunny cups, a spring outfit, finger puppets, a plate, bib, and a toy! You can choose your fluff and little eggs to decorate! Everything fit inside of this basket from Target.
I thought about buying a wheelbarrow as her basket, so feel free to swipe that idea!
For the hostess gift, I found a white serving dish and some little items to add some Easter flair! On the pastel theme, I found a small lavender candle and a pink EOS that I put inside of an egg for fun. I added bunny napkin rings and an Easter themed egg decoration. Here's a fun alternative if you can't find these items.
Looking for a fun DIY centerpiece?
Find a plain watering can and a cute vinyl cut file and you're almost done! We used the new Cricut Joy and it was so easy to use! I cut daffodils from my garden and the whole project took less than 10 minutes. You can also add some vinyl or stickers to our white pail and add in some Easter dish towels for a quick gift.
